Stephanie Fairhurst

Stephanie Fairhurst graduated from Bradford University with an honours degree in French and German before gaining a Masters in European Management at Cranfield School of Management.

Stephanie joined Arjo Wiggins Appleton as a sales executive in Germany rising to Brand Manager for Europe then Marketing Manager in Argentina and Brazil and finally Retail Marketing Manager for the UK. Moving to PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London, Stephanie marketed their corporate finance, project finance and privatisation services before joining Reuters, in the London and New York offices, where she marketed e-commerce and market data systems to equity traders.

In 2004 Stephanie co-founded Bold Spirit Limited and InvestinCyprus.com as independent property companies. InvestinCyprus.com traded as a sales agency before becoming a developer in Cyprus, with the first mixed use residential scheme, the €45m Grove Spa Resort, completing in October 2010.

Bold Spirit Limited and Bold Spirit Financial Services were founded to focus on UK property, financial services and fund management. Stephanie is a Director of both companies and also has a personal portfolio of property in the UK and overseas.

Stephanie lives in the Wirral and her interests include sailing, fitness, travel and live music.
