Bold Spirit Fund Management is the advisor for property-based UK recovery funds which aim to capitalise on property investment opportunities presented by the economic crisis. Our fund allows investors to benefit from exposure to property without the day-to-day hassle and expense that this would normally entail.
In contrast to most property funds our UK recovery funds are structured in as simple and straightforward a manner as possible. This makes them easy to understand and transparent. The funds will invest in good quality UK residential property with strong capital appreciation prospects. They are closed ended and will run for fixed period before the assets are liquidated and returns are paid to investors. We do not deal direct with the public unless you are a certified Sophisticated Investor or IFA.
UK Distressed Assets
Distressed Assets specialises in finding high yielding UK bank repossessed properties for investment. Our established relationships with lenders, administrators and receivers as well as bulk buying power allows us to access investment stock not available on the open market.
When lenders or developers look to dispose of financially distressed property it may not be through the usual established channels. Much stock will end up at auction or with estate agents but for multiple units it is sometimes better, and more efficient, for the lender or developer to sell these units off market to investors. Our properties from these sources will usually have a significant discount from true open market value.
