Bold Spirit is an independent property consultancy that has been operating since 2005 with a strong reputation for integrity. We believe strongly in putting our clients first and place great emphasis on communication and offering a full service to meet the needs of today’s investor.

Clients

Many of our clients are extremely busy professionals and simply do not have the time to commit to researching and structuring property investments. We deal with the research, structuring, finance and legal aspects either personally, where appropriate, or via a professionally qualified and trusted third party.

Wealth Creation and Due Diligence

Wealth creation is central to what we do and key to that is due diligence. We believe that thorough research leads to investment success. Effective due diligence comes from having expert opinion on hand: we have long and established relationships with lawyers, tax experts, surveyors and agents which enable us to form educated opinions on any given proposition. These relationships are tried and tested and provide us with a strong support network.

The Bold Spirit Approach

We favour investment for the medium to long term and resist short term property investment trends preferring to take a more considered view. The fundamentals that any of our property investment deals should meet remain constant regardless of economic climate: value, cash flow, location, demand, risk mitigation and outlook.
