]]> The Grove Spa Resort is a five star residential spa resort located in Mazotos in the south Larnaca area of Cyprus consisting of 128 properties. The development is about a twenty minute drive from Larnaca airport and is near to the beach and the new Tersefanou golf course currently under construction. Larnaca airport is now the main hub into Cyprus and Larnaca district now attracts some of the highest visitor numbers on the island.

The Grove Spa Resort – Cyprus Property Investment / Development

The Grove Spa Resort properties are made up of:

  • 79 two bed apartments
  • 18 one bed apartments
  • 8 townhouses
  • 9 accessible two bed apartments
  • 14 two bed penthouse apartments

The properties are set within landscaped grounds with excellent on-site facilities.

Each property is finished to a high specification that includes granite worktops, Italian kitchens, and bespoke fixtures and fittings. All properties have outdoor space while the penthouse apartments and town houses each have large roof gardens.

The development boasts underground car parking, full spa facilities including sauna, plunge pools, Jacuzzi and treatment rooms. There are two large outdoor pools on site as well as a child’s pool, outdoor bar, supermarket and restaurant.
