As Property Advisor to the fund Bold Spirit Limited has a strong track record of securing excellent residential properties throughout the UK over a number of years on behalf of private investors at a good discount to current market value through its Distressed Assets division. Relationships

We enjoy excellent existing relationships with developers, administrators, recievers and lenders that allow us to offer on properties not available on the open market at outstanding prices. This requires intimate knowledge of the market and a lot of hard work.

Due Diligence & Criteria

We take due diligence extremely seriously and have specialist tax and legal advisors who help us to make the right decisions as well as a trusted advisors in estate agents and lettings agents who help to advise us on local markets. On the wider economic picture we take a conservative but entrepreneurial view with heavy emphasis on a “look before you leap” approach.

The criteria that we look for in any given property is location, condition, yield, capital growth prospects and ease of sale. We aim to purchase at least 20% below current market value, giving strong protection against economic uncertainty.
