Property Repossessions Background

Since the well-publicised UK property market crash in 2008, press negativity combined with current economic weakness in the UK have meant that property purchase has not been on the agenda for much of the population but this is now changing.

Most commentators agree that the bottom of the UK market was reached in April 2009 and since then property prices in most areas of the UK have been on a steady upwards trajectory, particularly so in London where prices are now nearly back to where they were pre-2008.
