The Grove Spa Resort is a five star residential scheme located in Mazotos in the south Larnaca area of Cyprus consisting of 128 properties. The properties are made up of 18 one bed apartments, 8 townhouses, 9 accessible two bed apartments and 14 two bed penthouse apartments.

The resort is currently under construction and will be completed in October 2010
