We offer a portfolio service for investors who either already own multiple properties or aspire to build a portfolio of investment property.

If you are looking to consolidate, shrink or grow your portfolio we can help. We offer an initial complementary face-to-face meeting during which we will discuss your current position and what you are looking to achieve in the months and years ahead.

We understand the common difficulties currently faced by many portfolio investors most notably limitations on re-financing existing properties and trying to gain access to genuinely good deals. We are able to offer advice and guidance on how to approach some of these hurdles.

From there we can help you to plot an investment strategy moving forward. We offer follow up meetings as well as an advisory service which will undertake independent due diligence on property you are looking to buy.

In particular we will look at cash flow, capital growth prospects, and your short, medium and long term strategy moving forwards.

Asset Management

Ongoing management of a property portfolio can be an onerous task which can involve dealing with agents, tenants and contractors amongst others.

We can undertake asset management on your behalf- If you want to outsource the management of your current portfolio or would like us to take on the management of future purchases we can discuss your needs on an individual basis.
